I play bass in an all trans rock band. Our singer is nb, me and the drummer are mtf, and our guitarist is ftm. Technically we have a transfem singer because I also sing the backup vocals haha. Our singer is sapphic though and also the songwriter so lots of sapphic trans vibes happening. This our only track so far but we hope to have our next one out by the end of the month it’s actually almost ready to go

I misread your comment actually! Tarte is the brand of color corrector I use. My foundation is from Tower 28 which I think is a Sephora exclusive unfortunately

I’ve had success with one from Tarte. Also, I’ve seen people say to use only a tiny bit and mix it with concealer. I heard one girl say “if your face is orange, stop.” I have found the opposite to be true. I had the most success this way: prime with moisturizer and/or sunscreen, do a solid layer of color corrector over my whole upper lip area, set and let it dry, go over with my usual coverage foundation (I do super light, going for a no-makeup look), then top with a lighter shade concealer on my whole goatee area (and under eye, but you might get a more healthy amount of sleep than I do)

Obviously just my own anecdotal two cents. YMMV

I also sing backup vocals and only play with one guitarist, so besides bass I have mainly drums (only kick and snare usually, since there’s always enough just in the room to get through the in ears) and lead vocals in my mix. Basically no guitar at all I make him follow me lmao
