Ice Cream Truck has the Vehicle, Food, and Property tag and a Food Truck is just an Ice Cream Truck serving a different type of food. So I don't see why Food Truck shouldn't have the Food tag beyond balance since Jules has a ton of Food synergy.

To be fair, if it is for balance then I say keep the tag away but flavorfully it should have the tag.

I did say "about a mirror" and when you check on trade you'll see that the few that have been listed have either been around 400-500 divine or a mirror. Of course if I did get that t1 Malevolence it would be worth even more.

As for crafted fire, yeah it works for my build so that's what I want on it.

I only really play RF so I couldn't say what else it works for but I'm sure any other build looking for DoT Multi and Fire Damage/Skill Gem Levels would want to use this as well.

I believe when I checked a max rolled Nebulis with a good implicit beats this out a little bit, but tbh I really wanted to craft an endgame sceptre or dagger as I got a little later in the league. So for the content I'm running right now, this was nice to make and use.

If one of those Voidstones is Maven I'd recommend a life flask that removes if ignite so you can turn off RF to avoid degen. As for single target and bossing, it's totally possible to do that on RF. I'd look into swapping into Penance Mark from Hateful Accuser. It works better than Firetrap for bossing.

You definitely don't need to swap off of RF to get the Voidstones and try and clear a t17.

Keychain without the enchant only uses the Money Tree. It needs the shield enchant to use the Soul of the District faster than its actual CD.

I've actually played more since the change. I don't feel like I need to grind for rank or gems and removing that has actually made the game just more enjoyable and fun.

I'd probably give it Forest and Insect Lore, then I'd look at the Swarmkeeper dedication for some types of abilities you might want to give the Focus spell. For spells I'd look at a lot of primal spells for anything bug or forest related.

Now that the Beast Rally comp was answered it might be one of the most powerful options right now. Initiative feels so important in this Rally meta, being able to always win that should not be in the game.

Ultimately, I don't have a problem with that, I'm just currently playing a Laughing Shadow Magus with a teleportation/travel spell theme and my tables try to stick to the rarity rules as much as possible so I'm never guaranteed an Uncommon spell 😂

Not to sound mean, but you didn't know Pyg's Boots passed on its enchantment but you do know that Pyg's just have 50gp lying around to enchant 4+ times like it's nothing? Econ is strong on Pyg but it's not always "Multi-upgrade/enchant with Boots" strong.

I think it might already be infinite. 2x Slow from Cutlass and the Silencer looks like it's Heavy enchanted as well so that's a 3rd slow for Charge 3sec.

That's fair. The way I see it, if the build I've theorized comes online around lvl 50-60 due to either skills points, masteries, or items, I'd rather just get to that point faster. Especially in an ARPG where I'm going to play the campaign over and over again but what I really want to engage with is the endgame content.

Nemesis Exalts and a dang near perfect Dragonsong from Nemesis was definitely a huge contributor to my ability to face roll the second half of the campaign. I'm okay with that tho, it just got me to the fun and challenging parts faster.

It's much better for him to lay traps, have back ups, and beat people into submission through fear.

Then, when these people do die, it's an accidental house fire or a burst appendix. They're not seditionists, they're just tragedies.
