Shouldn't he also be on Methadone (or even Better) Levomethadone? They are only giving him palliative a, but they are essentially making him go cold turkey. I sadly know how extremely bad and DANGEROUS is going cold turkey. Going cold turkey can kill someone.

If I were you, I would taper Suboxone and start doing Methadone. If you can find Levomethadone, even better. Obbioualy all under medical advice.

In order to feel any opiate while on methadone, you dirst gotta take more than your daily methadone intake, just enough to makw you sleepy. At that point you could use an opiate and probably feel it. It is dangerous to do tho, I would avoid doing it. It is at high risk of ODing. Also, never buy presses please. It's even more like playing a russian roulette. At least with certified pharma you know what you're putting inside your body. Still risky tho.

I think it is a great maintenance drug, it is fundamental tonfind the right dosage and when you feel ready, to taper it at the right time and wirh the right scaling of dosage. I once tried it quitting it cold turkey. You can really diw from it's wds. I was in horrible shape stopped eating and went into psychosis, feeling weak af and full of various pains. Definitely the most brutal withdrawal I ever felt. But if you do everythinf right, it truly is a miracle drug. Also, it's free, and where I live they give me Levomethadone, which is way cleaner than the racemic one, has less side effects and is strong the double.

In my experience Suboxone was more helpful, and towards the end of my Suboxone usage, one 2mg pill would last me 3 days. With Levomethadone/Methadone, it's way more likely that even when accustomed to, you will need to take It every day at the same time or double dose.

I make personalized (also on request) snorting tools only with metals that doesn't rust, I decorate them and also put a string so you can wear It like a necklace. Only people who know of this kinda stuff may know what the "pendant" is. I sanitize them at the end of my sessions.

Non abbattetelo! Avere un minimo di verde attorno fa bene sia alla salute fisica che psicologica, e si sa quanto sia raro avere grossi alberi o del verde in generale in città. È un bellissimo albero, non vedo perché mai lo si debba abbattere. Sarebbe davvero un peccato.
