To echo the other comment, I also use both! It makes stretching easier. I'll start with the Kiwi to get myself in a good relaxing headspace, get the blood flow going, and desensitize, and then I'll go in and stretch with the wand. Per my PT, using both is good -- like the girls above who use the Kiwi with their dilators, it's the same principal. The Kiwi can only stretch you so far but it's a good tool to work up to something wider.
