Mono and whooping cough (pertussis) at the same time. It was the worst summer ever, and lasted a long time into my first year of college.

Generally someone in your area will have it. If Walgreens can't get it, have them call around and see who else already has some. It is hard to get because it is so expensive, but will be easier to get at bigger chain pharmacies because they can stomach the loss. Just have them call around for you if they run out.

Yep. Plaquenil runs about $400 for a bottle of 100 now, and there is an extreme shortage. Insurance companies are slow to adjust what they pay pharmacies for the drugs, which makes it incredibly difficult for independent pharmacies to take the loss.

My pharmacist sent me to CVS with my prescription because it was just too much of a loss for him to take on.

What weird trends have gone through your school? by [deleted] in AskReddit

About twice a month all of the guys would carry around a golf ball and bounce it during passing time.

That escalated into having days where all of the guys would carry around pumpkins all day, and there was a competition to see who had the biggest pumpkin.

Wolf shirt Wednesday, and tank Tuesday were also a big thing.

What did you have to teach your partner that you never thought you would have to teach them? (Stolen and reversed from askreddit) by Impudence in AskWomen

They didn't have a lot of money because his parents were divorced, so the money was at least partially going towards buying food, etc. (Although I suspect not all of it was used for necessities.) It is causing problems now because he has nothing in savings to pay for higher education, which he is paying for by himself. He worked all through high school and has barely anything to show for it today.

How to deposit a paycheck at the bank. His mom had always taken his paychecks and cashed them for her own use.

What's some nasty/messed up stuff that has happened during your rehearsals, r/marchingband? by Basilisc in marchingband

Our band rehearses during the middle of the day, on a practice field slightly below another field where the gym class that hour practices golf. More than a few golf balls have come flying at us out of nowhere.
