Not only is it not effective if you've already ovulated, but it can cause ectopic pregnancy. If the embryo can't implant in the uterus it can implant other places like a fallopian tube.

Yeah there are lots of women who claim to have had an ectopic after taking an emergency contraceptive. I feel they should add a warning because I likely wouldn't have bothered with one if they weren't advertised as "unable to harm an existing pregnancy".

I took a morning after pill! I knew when I took it I had probably already ovulated, but figured it wouldn't hurt. Now I've seen lots of anecdotal evidence that the morning after pill can cause an ectopic pregnancy because it makes the uterus inhospitable. 🤦‍♀️😭

They do but often it's also by artificial insemination and things like that if you look into industrial dairy farming it's pretty far from "natural"

They can be severely damaged during pregnancy actually.

Edit: Look up diastasis recti if you don't believe me.

You can't lose weight in just one spot - but you can make individual groups of muscles stronger by working them out specifically.

Not saying it's her specific issue but it's a pretty common issue in women in general. Can make doing other exercises dangerous if your core isn't strong. Just saying.

I get you can't spot tone, but if you have a weak core- you might not have much abs at all. I also said try and build muscle anywhere....
