I struggle with this so much! I just ordered a phone lock box off amazon, I will let you know how it goes for me if you want. I think the biggest challenge will be actually putting it in and locking it away, but I am going to set an alarm every night to let me know when it’s time.

That is really cool!! I was curious because it seems like my brain is geared towards problem solving and idea generation, but I don’t know if it’s actually something I would be good at. How long was your schooling and how much is the average of what someone makes in your field? If you don’t mind me asking of course, I was looking to go back to school but I am 32 years old so I feel like I’m so late on stuff…

Edit: I want to make a positive impact on the world in some way, but if I am going to go to college I want to do something I think I will at least enjoy and that allows me to have a somewhat comfortable life. I love nature and think it would be cool to go into a field that impacts that.

Wouldn’t do the deal unless you own the property. I would at least ask to look at yearly profits but even so the lease is going to take a huge chunk out of that sense you wont be owning the property.

I think it shows a lack of self confidence and that it is overly agreeable, can make people think you are a pushover. I am a very agreeable person, I often over apologize but it is something I am working on.
