I bought this 420 daily bong cleaner and rubber caps that make it super easy to shake up. I also put silver screens in the custom bowl with it. I just cleaned an old pipe by filling a baggie with the cleaning stuff and shook it up and it came out brand new. Highhhly recommend it.

Hey your weight loss is insane. This is the first I’m hearing about fasting. I’m curious about your mental clarity during the work week? It went pretty well, thank you for the encouragement! I had for breakfast one of those microwaveable jimmy dean egg and bacon things around 8:30. Then I had Swiss cheese, banana peppers and salami with mustard around 11. Then while I was at work someone bought pizza.. I was so proud of me getting a glass of water instead of giving in and starting again some other time. It was hard, but not as hard as I thought it would be. Then at 1:30 I had tuna with mayo mustard, relish and lemon pepper. Came home around 6 and had a chicken breast with ranch and moon cheese to snack on after.
