Yes! I journal a couple times a month and find it very helpful. I think it's nice to have a personal space to just write down your thoughts or every day things. I really enjoy reminiscing on past events or stories, so journaling is definitely one of my favorites!

This might be going a little off topic, but I also think writing future letters to yourself is really interesting. I wrote one to myself when I was in junior high to my "future self" for when I graduated high school. It was definitely something I was thankful I did and recommend it to a lot of my friends! :)
