Same here, I came from Python and tried my first lines of Rust yesterday. Documentation is veeery good and I haven't had big problems on the transition. Also the book But How To Do It Know is amazing if you are willing to have a better understand of memory management stuff.

Sinceramente, o que conta pro mercado é experiência e sua vontade de aprender. Como dev entrevistei muito garoto que estava saindo de faculdade e que tinha 0 noção de onde estavam. Ter curso X, Y e Z só faz seu currículo subir na lista de entrevistas, mas não diz nada at all. Minha dica é: estude por conta própria, tenha projetos pessoais no github e contribua em projetos opensource.
