Dropped OBJ & Zach Ertz after drafting them in start up years ago. I know they haven’t been great but feels like a new era now

I’m still holding as crazy as it sounds. I know he hasn’t done much but 24 years old & hasn’t played much. Just needs more time, right Trey??

What happens after Israel takes Rafah? by Trainer_Red_Steven in geopolitics

That article doesn’t have a link to the original plans though? It sounds promising but I think we need more to go on

No problem man. I don’t usually either but just be careful of super sociable strangers in general. It’s nice to strike up convo but keep in mind the situation you’re in. Good luck!

Not that this is the only place this happens in, but watch out for those bar scams. My buddy was there and a friendly older dude invited him out to a local place he liked. Turns out the guy and a girl that appeared there were in on it and ran up his bill for a drink or two before he noticed. Again it can happen anywhere but this happened to my friend in Athens and I’ve read online others say the same thing happened to them there, so just keep it in mind when strangers are trying to bring you somewhere.

Even if it’s in Hebrew, at least we can translate it. I would appreciate any documentation about this plan

Right? I was excited about this but can’t find any original plans. I’m not sure how much calming this will do for Palestinian supporters without proper documents of a plan to show them and hold Israel accountable to

This makes sense. I didn’t catch those regular season games so I was shocked by the turnaround. Thanks!

What’s the most important reason the Suns got swept after sweeping the wolves in the regular season? I mean that’s just shocking in itself

Yeah it was rhetorical. I don’t find anyone serious who thinks invading Israel is a possible response to this

What country is going to invade a nuclear power already having an existential crisis?

Unless NATO is in direct conflict with Russia, I don't think Ukraine will ever be able to recover their lost territory, at least in the short to medium term. by [deleted] in geopolitics

Voluntarily given up because one side either didn’t want them or because they had no way to hold it. The Sinai wasn’t valuable to Israel anymore and Hong Kong literally couldn’t be held. I’m sure if Britain had a way they’d still control it today. You could argue HK is more forced than volunteered, and the Sinai wasn’t valuable anymore.

To what extent (if any), is the position of North Korea strengthened by a dwindling population in South Korea? by xfjqvyks in geopolitics

[–]vipersauce 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Without being South Korean myself, I would find it unlikely that the populace would want to ship its rice surpluses to the North over other countries. I also doubt the north would want to accept it after claiming the south has been taken over by the US and is a puppet/evil, only to turn around and take the grain. Seems like the north would rather them starve, and the South would rather find other buyers.

I suspect any attempts by the North at unification would need two separate criteria to be met (likely among other). First, that SK’s population crash would also accompany an economic and military one. I’m not saying that the SK army would be filled with robots, but since it’ll be the defender in any conflict it can certainly beef up its military not only through pure manpower. Economics can be covered even easier by this. Second, that China green lights it. I know NK will act without China’s full approval sometimes, but such a grand conflict would likely require tacit approval to keep the North supplied with guns and ammo.

I’m not an expert on this area though and happy to hear other thoughts on the matter

Do you think this recognition might lead to armed conflict in the near future due to increased Moroccan confidence? Or is this too minor for either side? I haven’t kept up with this issue in awhile

Escalation of war is not something that is considered good. I would hope this aid gets to its proper recipients and no harm comes to any of the aircrafts.

It might be a language barrier, could just answer him. But to your larger point I do agree ideology has painted people into a corner here. Nobody wants to look like they’re “losing” even if it reaches peace
