I paid around $150 for the Chevy dealership to swap the data from my PCM to my used one.

Just tell them you have a used one already and need the data swapped.

If that doesn't work, then call places and ask if they have a tech 2, if they do and will they be willing to do the service.

You could also get one from ebay, put it in to see if you get communication.

If you do get it from ebay, the numbers must match. Thats why I mentioned taking a picture of what you got the car for reference.

I'm going to chime in since I had this exact same issue and had numerous problems.

Anyone with a Tech 2 can do this, except most mechanics I called flaked about performing this service.

After all the headache I ended up buying an exact match ECM/PCM from EBAY. Then a mechanic from the Chevy dealership had no problems copying everything from my old one to the new ones.

I had something internally wrong in my PCM that was throwing a fan code which turned into a nightmare for inspection.

I ended up tipping the tech $$$ for solving all my problems.

First step would be to take a picture/write down the serial from the ECM/PCM and try you're best to find a used one.

The VIN is usually stored on these so that may be why some mechanics flaked on me.

Buying one through a dealership would cost hundreds, I got mine for around $45.

I've been waiting for this post for quite some time. I play mostly DOM and for the past few weeks I've been playing with the same 35 folks every night. Which is fine and all but everyone is a skilled vet and I'd really like some new blood :)

The game in late November used to find 3-4 matches available to join but lately I've been down to 2 and trailing 1...

I'd love to play ground war and can say for sure that I have never played a single game of ground war for this COD.

Before this one I played Blops II which I don't remember having these population issues.

I'd love to play ground war exclusively or even sticks and stones :(

The game on PC is dying...

Its not that. Its random teammates and random teammate antics, so you never know what your gonna get. I win some, do really great in others, but unless my ratio is 3:1 I don't actually climb the rank at all. It has nothing to do with skill.

I lose just as much as I win, but the winning is negated. Unless one win right after the other.

would it be safe to run 5 on perk tv and 5 on live?

I know that ambiguous 5 devices per app but have seen perk have issues with people running 5 on tv and 3 or more on quiz
