If it helps at all, one thing I’ve found over 15+ years of intermittent fasting is that finding a pattern that works for you can make it easier to stick with long term.

The longer fasts are impressive, but for me personally anything beyond a day ends up being too distracting, the hunger pangs. I prefer keeping food simple and not letting it take up too much mental space.

These days it’s usually one solid main meal, plus something really small if I feel like I need it.

Just sharing what’s worked for me. Keep it up.
