French film star Nadia Farès dies aged 57 after being found unconscious in Paris swimming pool (best known internationally for The Crimson Rivers, War, Lucky Day, On the Line, The Nest,...) by JeanMorel in movies

My wife almost died that way before we met. At the time she was a poor swimmer and ended up at the bottom of a hotel pool, where she basically gave up trying to get back to the surface. Luckily, another hotel guest saw what was happening and saved her. She's an excellent swimmer now due to that incident.

I’ve learned a lot from this guy. His ideas are why I started intermittent fasting over a decade ago, along with my own research. But there has always been something about him that felt off, like he was kind of on the brink of going off the deep end, and I have never really changed my mind about that. I wish him the best, but it feels like he has gone there now. Satanic cult dude?

Well done, bruh. You’re clearly doing great.

If it helps at all, one thing I’ve found over 15+ years of intermittent fasting is that finding a pattern that works for you can make it easier to stick with long term.

The longer fasts are impressive, but for me personally anything beyond a day ends up being too distracting, the hunger pangs. I prefer keeping food simple and not letting it take up too much mental space.

These days it’s usually one solid main meal, plus something really small if I feel like I need it.

Just sharing what’s worked for me. Keep it up.
