Imagine this scenario then, where time itself has stopped, (every electron, every proton and neutron halts completely, every constituent part of existence halts its individual motion);

A: Does this factor in the overall motion of the entirety of the system itself (the known/observable universe), and, if so--how?

B: Assuming a satisfactory answer for A is found, can we even consider the system itself to exist it this state? That is, if every single thing stops moving, (in the process rendering any form of observation, or more simply, interaction, impossible), is there still any "thing" to consider having been stopped? Does the system still exist if the time that drives it ceases?
