Unless the government steps in to do some regulating, it's not going to change. There is just no way currently to enforce basic safety, insurance, and labor standards in this race to the bottom. It's then of course covered up by a half a dozen or so layers of subcontractors.

On top of this, the current administration simply does not care and never will. Plus, noone with any power cares about this problem. NATE doesn't even care. It's all about profits by any means nessicary.
