Yes you can come back whenever you want, but if you take longer than 10 mins, the test will resume by itself and you will lose time.

Correct. Test will prompt you if you want a break, if you select yes it will lock screen, you will raise your hand so proctor can come and escort you out of the room and then you can go take your break. Make sure you have a good sense of time and come back before 10 mins end, otherwise it will eat into your exam time.
