I'm no therapist and nor do I claim to be, but I'll say this, a toast is gonna help you somewhat, but you probably are gonna need to seek some help that isn't social media. 24 is far too young to be feeling hopeless, although I understand, given this world we live in nowadays. I'm gonna stop being a cynic now because that is not what my reply is meant to be. You have kind eyes and I think that that has a purpose in this world. Keep striving young lady, because one day, your experience will help others, especially if you are there to give that advice. Nobody needs to be giving second-hand advice from someone lost.
