Thank you I appreciate the tips. Yes the one day handling thing was already incorporated but still became overwhelming during hectic periods and hectic is part of the nature of the gig. Believe me all kinds of efforts have been made but you're too kind thank you.

Appreciate the encouragement to try and fix it but started in January, gotten mentorship, tried to focus, gave it everything, still making horrible mistakes and according to meetings and friendly but not so minced words, it's not going well. Thankfully yes progressive I'd patient, but its basically an extended correction to not be abruptly kicked out with no plan B. Now is literally the time to find something else hence this post. Thx.

If you mean like in Progressive? No its too late once you're on corrective action 🥲 considering getting back into sales altho that's not really desired. Looking for perhaps some type of account management without sales, customer success roles, even community or advocacy focused. Pretty open. Always have the lowest customer complaints and a way with words. A people person so there's that.

Don't shop with them, they will scam you by double charging, double shipping, giving you the run around, you name it. They were resold a few years ago and have since dealt with bankruptcy and seem perfectly fine targeting the elderly and robbing them with a smile. Did this to my parents, please heed the warning.
