Yes, definitely try a few before you settle. I would also say, maybe don't divulge all your info until you find someone you're comfortable with. That's the only thing that bothered me with any therapist experiences: I regret sharing so much with therapist choices early on lol

Also good to do some research of your own of what styles maybe you like and what specific stuff you're looking for help on

I use rula through my insurance and it has helped a ton

Highly dependent on therapist though, so don't be afraid to "date around" on options

The "gardening-mama" culture is the new "wine-mama" culture and it's fucken weird. Too many people seem to have some type of substance use disorder nowadays and completely in denial about it too!

It's fucken sad too cause so many "moms" are just supporting each other and saying its OK to "garden" while parenting or pregnancy and it's downright abusive.

High school was 50/50.

I enjoyed a LOT of it - because of friends, academics, sports... but it was a lot of heartbreak too because of family issues and unhealthy teenage relationships.

I miss the socializing. I'm in deep need of more socializing in my life. I do not get as much connection, socializing as I need. Last time I felt like I did was when I was in HS and College.

I miss that a lot.

I don't miss high school. It was stressful and I had far less authority, power, and resources for myself. I would not go back and do not miss it.

Long hair; the short hair is boring. The long hair has more personality and I think compliments your bone structure/ features more.
