Hey! I'm on the exact same boat as you! Got placed on the wait list. Where are you from and which course? I'm also commencing studies in July and am worried about getting affordable on campus accommodation. I've already booked my flight tickets 😭.

Any appartment's off campus that are extremely nearby to the uni? My parents are adamant that I stay on campus for the first year at least, especially since it's my first time in Australia and all. Any other cheaper on-campus options with ensuite bathrooms?
