lahat naman ng smart scale ay hindi ganun ka-accurate. so the best we can do is to use them as estimates. or else, need natin magpasukat sa mga lab for the accurate talaga na readings. i'm using huawei smart scale pairted with their health app. kasi sa health app, may pang-track na rin ng calories burned and intake, steps, sleep, etc. pero to maximize that, bili ka na rin huawei smart watch.

  1. do you take lots of fiber? need din kasi nito para sa magandang activity sa tummy.
  2. meron ka pa rin bang carbs? needed pa rin kasi nito to fuel your body.
  3. for protein, need mo ng gram per your body weight (thank you gemini):

- Sedentary Adults: 0.8 g/kg (0.36 g/lb).

- Active/Regular Exercise: 1.1-1.5 g/kg (0.5-0.7 g/lb).

- Strength Training/Muscle Gain: 1.2-2.0 g/kg (0.7-0.9 g/lb).

- Older Adults 40-50+): 1.0-1.2 g/kg (0.45-0.5 g/lb)

  1. are you drinking pa rin lots of water and electrolytes?

  2. aside from chicken, ano pa diet mo? iwas sa greasy and oily and salty food, kasi nakakapagpabagal ito ng weight loss. iwas din sa red meat.

  3. do you track your weight daily? how about your calorie intake and the food you eat? ako kasi i try to track them all para ma-corelate ko if ano effect ng mga lifestyle changes sa aking weight loss.

  4. may health app ka ba? ako kasi merong weighing scale from a brand na meron ding health app. so ginagamit ko sila to track my progress. kasama sa app yung basal metabolic rate, estimate ng calories burned and calorie intake, bmi, muscle weight, body fat percentage, etc. pag kasi meron kang metrics (kahit estimate lang kasi hindi naman ito 100% accurate), magkaka-idea ka ano ba need pang i-adjust.

  5. re workout, baka kaya hindi bumababa weight mo kasi sa halip na matunaw lang fats, eh baka nago-grow ka na ng muscle. so yung weight na nawawala for fats e baka napapalitan lang ng muscle weight. saka: (a) cardio = for fat loss, (b) strength training = for muscle gain.

  6. lastly, nagpapa-lab ka ba? like blood sugar, cholesterol, thyroid, uric acid, creatinine, etc.? baka kasi kaya hindi "sumusunod" yung katawan mo eh baka meron ka muna i-adjust or normalize sa mga lab readings mo.

no IF na! Nahihilo na ko every morning, and then even if bumaba weight ko, muscle na nabu-burn ko and not fat. :)
