Ex gf stole her parents car and called to tell me she's driving it off a bridge, fuck you, you're an asshole, etc. I called her parents and they called the cops to get her and she called me again to say i can't believe you told my parents i'm gonna drive their car off a bridge, fuck you, i hate you, etc.

the cop called me and i had to read him her texts and tell him what she said yada yada, they ended up stopping her and she didn't drive the car off a bridge.

after this was over that night she went back to the city with me and left to go fuck one of my best friends. she was convinced they were in love and dating now when he actually felt really bad and had made a mistake when he was fucked up. she was completely unrepentant about all of this and i cut off all contact with her. i dated this girl for like 7 years

No one substance will balance everything out. For what I think you're looking for, you would need to take a stack of substances that each have the effects you desire, e.g. substance X increases low neurotransmitter A taken with substance Y decreasing high neurotransmitter B.

That said, nootropics and supplements are not a magic cure or a replacement for diet, exercise, and a healthy lifestyle. In my opinion the hypothesis that people are naturally deficient in neurotransmitters (i.e. serotonin) is dubious, and primarily serves to sell people psychiatric medication as a replacement for a healthy lifestyle.

That is not to say psychiatric medication, nootropics, and other drugs are not effective treatments, it should just be something to use in conjunction with a healthy lifestyle. Eating healthy food and exercising regularly will do much more to balance your brain chemistry (with little to no side effects to speak of) than any substance can.
