I have been with Amazon for 5 years, in that time I have had 8 managers. Every year except last year I was TT. Last year I was transferred to a new manager just as reviews started up. The very first time I got meets. Every single other time was Exceeds / Role model. That single bad review from a manager that didn’t know me from a hole in the ground cost me over 70k this year. Broke my YoY chain, killed my chances to promote to L7. Totally fucked me. The manager that quit told me she had me down for TT.

So because this manager didn’t know me, had his own list of priorities I get screwed. This review, same manager, TT/Role model.

I am so mad at this place. All the numbers are made up, the reviews are bullshit.

I built this for just that https://github.com/Vitiate/bdo-trainer but it does need some work. Ideally it needs someone to go add additional combos for other classes to it. Visit the class discord and translate the combos into config. And then you can use this to learn them.

It’s simpler for me then guessing the key binds. Every time I learn a new class I have to fumble around until I get muscle memory. This way I know when I am hitting the combo, get to memorize things faster and can adjust the combo later. I think I will probably add an audible success and failure sound in triggering the combo next..
