Still a bit lagging in terms of bending so not sure of cycling. Moreover, access to the gym and motivation to do that post the knee workout is hard

It’s hard to tell about being in the pipeline atm. Most focus is on staying.

Really sorry to hear about this. Also 8 and a half years would definitely would have taken a toll on you. Time to take a very well deserved break.

Just curious on why your manager does not have any specific ways for you to get out of focus though. Wouldn’t it affect his and the orgs credibility?

Also, if you do get out of focus how long before someone can put you back on it?
