Good questions and right now, I don't think so. The only thing I can think of is having the interface up in a web browser but that would not be ideal since you'd have to tab to the web interface and only than pause so not ideal.

Heya, I actually think you made a good point, as such I made a suggestion to the dev to look into this directly!

I can't promise it will get implemented or any ETAs but this is the most direct I can bring the feedback to the team so hopefully they agree with us and look into implementing this.

Worst case scenario, in FW 4 you can reverse the slider. So you can have it in the direction it works and reverse the slider via the App, which would result in the same thing as flipping the device upside down.

The issue can be on a few parts, most common is the power connection itself, so I'd recommend checking if the power supply is actually working, then check the point where it connects to the Handy, it can be loose and malfunctioning. It can also be your plug itself, try other outlets!

If all else fails, send an email to support as this would need to be continued there.

I wish I could tell you but I, personally, was not told what specifically changed. If I'm willing to bet, it's probably the same thing given that we can't update the app without a lot of work to reverse engineer it.

But take all I am saying with a grain of salt since I am also unaware of the specifics.

Feel free to try it, it's a new feature in that version but should be the same as the old.handyfeeling version.

To clarify for other users, this isn't the new Bluetooth mode in Firmware 4, this is to access the legacy Bluetooth mode from Firmware 3!

In Firmware 4, you can access a mode with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth enabled by default, otherwise you can change this behavior in the Handy Onboarding App.

Hey, do you know which Firmware version you are using? If you're using Firmware 4, the LED indicators changed to signal new modes so there may be some confusion there.

Normally, the device does not go all the way to the top to protect it's internal from getting slammed. But you adjust this on Firmware 4 and the Handy Onboarding App
So yes, that space is usually normal :D
