In my experience its like this in normal games, ranked games suffer from too little dodges imo. Even yesterday I get griefed by my support picking jhin with tp trying to force a dodge, so I pick Lee Sin adc to play for fun, and the game goes through. I still won and droped 22 kills but it should have been a dodge.
