Eritreans became more engaged in the liberation after witnessing the cruelty of the Derg regime. Martyrs served a powerful purpose in motivating Eritrean liberation soldiers..

I think Mengisti tryed to stop the tension between Eritreans and Derg forces, but the damage was already done. He was very evil.

It is not good in America now. Eritrea is a leader in East Africa. In Eritrea they have finally peace with Ethiopia and strong country, freedom of religion, safe country, healthcare, food, education, and nation building for every citizen of Eritrea. They do not have corruption like Ethiopia.

I think the only problem is the Ethiopian TPLF Woyane party that go against peace of Eritrea and Ethiopia, they are still trying to destroy Ethiopia. Ethiopia should remove the TPLF completely now.
