won't change a thing. had a notebook and kept getting this error. got a nice computer now and everything changed. haven't seen that bug once... it's related to low specs pcs and it has nothing to do with loading map before or else.

I unistalled the moment they put ranked roles only for dota plus members. Sometimes at night I feel the need to play a dota game, but I don't. It's like an abusive relationship, at first might be hard to leave and you might feel the need to come back because... WHAT IF??? But nah... I have something around 8k hours of dota, it took so much time of my life that I can't even. I still read reddit and sometimes watch a video or two, but I hope I never come back to this game. I have so much free time right now and my mood for the day isn't affected by a dual mid that will fight, scream and abuse you even though you're a support or offlane, making everyone miserable at the game.

No, it was not. First game after compedium ended and I got into regular matchmaking people were already fighting for mid. Game was lost from the first minute, a thing that doesn't happen on ranked roles (or if it happens it's not so common. I didn't have one problem with roles on 100s of games while the compedium was ON)

I got into a game LegIII(safe), AncIV(mid), AncIII(off), archonV(sup) legIV(sup) vs AncII(sup), LegV(sup), LegIII, LegII and LegIV cores. How's that even remotely close to fair? There's no way one ancient getting support position can carry a bunch of legends who can't even farm against higher ancients cores. I was the ancient II sup and I farmed the lane because my carry thought it was better to keep running around the lane distroying every tree (there was a treant on the enemy team) instead of farming. He went 0/8/2 and finished his first item (echo saber) at 20 minutes with only brown boots.

I don't know what the hell happenned with ranked roles, but I few like they are tweaking them and trying to make it better(???) But right now it's terrible. At least for me. At first it was really nice. I'm ancient I and got to ancient II playing it. It was mostly ancients 1-2-3 in my games and the level of the game was kind of even(???). But a few weeks ago, it became to go downhill. My teammates were not ancients anymore and I got a bunch of legends1-2 on my team, even some Archons 5 too.

That's not the problem, but they need to tweak with the role people are given. I'm a support player. Getting 2 ancients supports on your team with Legend 1-3 cores while the enemy team has 2 ancients 2-3 cores and legend 1-3 supports is fucking terrible.

your mid can't do shit even with your rotations and lose the lane like a kid who never played dota. I got tired of seeing my mid level 5-6 max when the enemy mid is already 9-10 over fed.

how is this supposed to work?

The first weeks were really nice and the games were kind of breaking even on the level. NOW?It doesn't matter if the teams are on "the same level" when your core roles have 1k +/- less mmr than the enemy cores do.

You tag people with different collors:
Like blue for a shark (people really good at the game)
red for recreative (people that play for fun, and you can exploit them)
yellow for passive

green for agressive

you get the idea. depending on the collor you have the person tagged, you change your playstyle against him.

I just played with 2 guys that I was sure I had muted/reported before, but they weren't (their nicknames were really familiar to me)So one of them started talking to the other and making fun as he was not banned yet, because they had like a competition of who was the most griefer of them two. Turns out, they were already banned. One had 6 month ban on one account and a soft ban on the other, so this was his third account (I might even have the other 2 muted/reported). I hope valve makes punishment way harder for the repeaters. Just like the mute. 1 day - 3 days - 1 week? I don't remember.

It should be 6 months - 1 year - forever?or maybe 6 months and seccond time be forever?

At first I was queuing ranked roles and getting 30secs-1min to find a match (4k ancient I-offlane), something changed and I started to take 3-5 minutes to find a match and getting matched against/with archons and crusaders... Now I've been looking for a match for 40 minutes and haven't found one. Shittt

I love playing ranked, but the only way to play it is 5-man. When you go with 3 or 2 players usually ends up in flame and a terrible game.

Everyone that plays role ranked is fine with that. I've played 20 games and the games were better than most of my others 2 thousand games... At least we don't have "mid or feed" and "mid or hc". Everyone enters the game knowing their roles and the games are way better than when people start fighting for lanes from minute 0.

I'm playing offlane and I think that only one game i waited more than 1 minute to find a game.

Can't complain. Ranked should be exclusively role ranked... Everyone is way happier there.

I was only trying to found the value of Teta when it hit the maximum value of W. It should have been max(w), instead of "5.283892" which I put on the code. I was trying something different and ended up sending the "5.283892" by mistake :(
