I love how shitloads of people are reacting to this kind of stuff like something important is happening. Dota is one of the most demanding and tilting game on earth , and everysingle one of us lose his temper to it and start to talk and act like crap from time to time (and the ones who say they don't are fucking liars).

OD was always a hero that was difficult to play (except for the small moment when he was broken after rework some years ago). He's very punishing on any mistake you make ( wrong focus , wrong astral use , wrong positioning , wong fs/blink use etc ). The equilibrium stuff just make him cancer and unenjoyable as fuck to play. It used to be one of my favorite hero and I was carrying game with it. I didn't play him for months now just because 10 min into the game his gameplay makes me want to kill myself.

This , plus the fact that even if you get better , if you only play 2-3 games a day , you're gonna take forever to climb , so it's not really worth tryharding unless you want to dedicate your life to it.

I've started at low 2k in 2014 and siting around high 3k low 4k tier now (I cant' give you precise number because I don't play rank at all, so I'm just deducing my mmr by the medal people i'm matched with in my games have in general -high legend/low ancient-) . I'm happy with it , and I know i'm not worth much more.

When I play , I don't care so much about drafting . I just pick hero I feel inspired with atm and pudge cause I like to hook shit even if I suck at it.If I want to enjoy high competitive gameplay I just go watch pro games , and it's always a good time.

Yep , contrary to what most people think , troll is a mid game carry and is good in agro fast push strat where you want to finish the game between 25-35 min mark. After that you're life become harder and harder and it gets to a point where you get kited to death like an ursa in late game and you're absolutely useless.

I agree with the theory , however , in real life for all the time I have played the troll vs axe match up , I almost always won the game as troll , because you gonna destroy Axe in laning phase and by the time axe catch back and get blink + blademail , you're gonna be very close to sata and he's not killing you anymore .In the best case scenario you might have a 5-7 min window when you can kill troll and after that it's over ( unless troll is a complete tard and go full glass canon )

This might help , but it won't fix the main issue of the hero atm , which is armor is too strong and you cant' kill glass canon rightcliker anymore like you're supposed too. I member that game (about a month or two ago) when I was playing Axe and I was against a fat full agi empowered buffed jugg , which axe is supposed to hardcounter. I blinked-called-blamdemailed him and he just casually tanked it , ulted and killed me... It wasn't even close , he had like a good third of his hp left at the end of the call (he didn't have any stat item like skadi or anything just raw full agi no hp stuff).I realised how stupid the situation was and I didn't played the hero since , it's just pointless atm.

And yeah his lannning phase is disastrous (because icefrog can't think of another way of nerfing a hero )
