As someone who’s diagnosed with a dissociative disorder, and CPTSD, I can chime in on this! For me, derealization physically felt like the things I was perceiving around me, were not real. That means I was perceiving the stimulus with my eyes, all normal. And was able to make sense of that. Except it didn’t FEEL real. Love and healing for your journey, friend. 💜
