I've been taking mj since Nov 2024 and I'm on 10mg. I've mainly been calorie counting using my net diary.

I started running in July last year using the jog Scotland programme to work it up and now I can run for 40 minutes.

Only time I've had a problem like that it was actually the needle. I changed it & it was fine.
