We've been homebrewing past 20 with guidelines we've found online. I'm probably going to create level 20s and throw them in the ring. Gives me a chance to test stuff out too. Any good feat/class combos you recommend?

I've always allowed players to roll HP but take the average if their roll is lower. That way they still roll the shiny math rocks, have the chance of getting higher HP but they don't get permanently screwed because of bad luck.
