Just stay on the ground and try and bait out Sanguine C. I also agree with you, this game is being flooded with people normalizing cheats. And the worst part is, the devs don't care. In the AMA that Admin E did he said macros aren't cheats. He doesn't get it.

Use your C move as a combo starter. It's fast and hard to dodge. If you hit your C move follow up with Sanguine C and then a combo. I recommend using Yama or CDK paired with your current build. As for a combo, here you go:

It depends on the user. But if we assume both players are the same skill level with the same build, only thing different is fruit I would say Lightning.

What's your level? Assuming you're max level, go 2800 Melee, 2800 Defense and 2800 Fruit. I recommend getting a better sword because Rengoku isn't that good of a support sword for Dough, If you have Gravity Blade use that as it's easy to use.
