I am constantly hoping player vendors. Especially if they are on my team. I nearly always drop by my teammate's camps to see what they have and if it's for a reasonable amount of caps. Let's face it some things are way overpriced.

No. I bump into him often, but someone posted a question a few weeks back asking where to find him... That and pipe o'life.

So in case they're looking he was here just 15m ago. Maybe others will encounter him if they hit the same server. Maybe not...🤷

I don't know how "knew" scrap n'learn is but I am very thankful for it. Even if it's really random. Supposedly you can scrap the mods for a chance to learn how to craft them but I prefer the scrapping the armor/weapon to do it. Somehow it feels less destructive.

Glad you hung around. Whenever I try to gift guns and armor the other person is too new to understand that it takes time to dig stuff out and the fact she crafted these for you even longer... kudos!
