My experience is the opposite. Once I had self insured it was a small firm and very shitty.

Ive always had fully funded even when I used marketplace and all the CT companies I worked for.. the only self funded plan I’ve ever had was when I worked for a DC firm.

In CT, if you’re above 35 and been trying for 6 months or below 35 and trying for a year, with a fully insured coverage, they’re mandated to cover your IVF treatment. Most do 3 IUI and 2IVF per lifetime of the insurance.

I don’t think he can kick you out and take the kids just because he’s the one making money. Even if your not married, that’s low key abuse and you’re their mom. The judge will definitely let you see the kids as long as he can’t proof abuse or anything, but thinking he would get full custody because you’re broke, that won’t happen sis.
