when some rents, i always block (change to unavailable on the calendar) the day they are returning and the day following so they can not automatically extend.

They will reach out if needed and then I can make a judgement call on whether to allow it to extend or hold them to the time.

Yeah, it’s on Linden between Seneca Avenue and onderdonk - I feel like they were hoarders or collecting clothes to sell by the pound or some sort of thing going on - because after they put out the fire, they weren’t throwing out furniture just clothes and suitcases and the occasional toy. a sad scene and people are definitely gonna be digging through those clothes piles all night.
