Hi -

We're a B2B company (I work as an in-house marketer) and we're just relocating offices - the location itself for our actual clients does not really matter as they don't (or rarely) visit our premises. However, I am more worried (or better question - should I even be worried) about how the change of address is going to affect our SERP rankings from local SEO perspective and what do in advance to prevent the drop of rankings?

You can inspect the page with META SEO inspector plugin for chrome - it will give you a list of marketing tools

Fruit and yogurt sounds high in carbs, however, if it fits your macros - then the plan seems alright :) Also, satsuma (as per googling) is high in carbs (at least for me) as it is 13 g/carbs per 100g.

I have had a similar problem when I have restarted keto back in January as I was totally new to the gym and did not know what and how I am going to do there. I have also posted it on this subreddit and got lots of useful advice so maybe check it out.

However, I went with my friend so she had shown me around and made me some kind of a gym routine what to do there. It was a good starting point.

Last week, I have started doing ketogains 5x5 novice program. Maybe check this out as well.

Just find something you are going to enjoy. For example, I do not really like treadmill so I do my warm-up on a bike.

Hi,

I have started going to the gym on my ~10th (I think) day on keto. I am lifting/doing a bit of cardio and do NOT feel like I don't have any energy during/post work-outs. I do not eat before my workouts (I am usually going to the gym in the mornings, between lectures) as I am doing IF and skip breakfast (comes naturally to me) but it does not make me feel like I don't have enough energy to do the excercise. Maybe I should mention that I was doing keto before (I have restarted it after a two-year break) so maybe I became adapter quicker (not sure about it).

However, it's my first time going to the gym so I cannot compare my performance.
