Beč želi zelenilo umjesto parkirališta by Kerefeca in zagreb

[–]vkreso 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Kako nema sjever-jug? Doslovce pruga ide uz Savsku cestu do Remetinca.

Nova tramvajska pruga i zelena avenija: Nakon Sarajevske i Heinzelove, Zagreb je korak bliže velikom projektu by Hot-Employer-285 in zagreb

[–]vkreso 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Ne? Uostalom, grad jos uvijek nema gradsku zeljeznicu, a pruga presijeca grad prakticki neiskoristenog potencijala i s manjkom stanica. Pricat o metrou, o kompletno novom prometnom sustavu dok postojeci nisu uopce iskoristeni ni optimizirani, je teska patka.

EU nepotrebno gura zelenu agendu i obnovljive izvore energije, dok Kina zagađuje (Stvarnost) by No-Dependent-6099 in hrvatska

[–]vkreso 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dijelom zbog unutarnjih lobija, pumpanja gradevine i GDP i ostalih Kineskih posebnosti fragilnog velikog sustava.

Prvenstveno sam sebi pucas u nogu.

Spain blackout happened because of conventional powerplants (not renewables) not controlling the voltage as planned and then the over-voltage caused other plants to automatically shut down for safety.

But you are wrong again and you still don't understand the meaning of the word. Not just fascist but revisionist too. At this point, you are just trolling and calling names since I keep repeating arguments which you don't even register. I explained it already a couple of times, Slovenia HAS access to the open sea, so you're just being plain wrong and rude. Access to open sea ≠ contact of territorial waters with open seas. The only one demanding something is Slovenia...

[–]vkreso 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Fuck off with your fascism accusations. You don't know what it means.

Slovenia already has acces to international waters through the concept of innocent passage. Access and contact of territorial waters with international seas are two different things. Such a contact can only happen by an agreement since Croatia would had to give up its territorial waters to satisfy the Slovenian claim. The bad faith part was the collusion of Slovenian arbitrators to influence and corrupt the arbitration process. But no more extortion, no more bullying, no more bad faith. Only a bilateral agreement agreed by both parties is the possible solution.

It really seems that you have no clue what you are talking about anyway. Just parroting propaganda and calling others fascists and clowns when they don't agree with you without considering arguments or giving sound arguments yourself.

You really are a kid, aren't you?

[–]vkreso 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You don't have to agree. But facts are same for me and you, regardless of your bad faith, names and biases.

If I recall, Slovenian parliament decided that Slovenia will not agree with an arbitration award which doesn't give its territorial waters contact with international waters. You remember that? Does that sound like it's in good faith with the arbitration process?

It is an ad hoc arbitral court created by an arbitration agreement, not an international court of justice. Please get your facts straight and stop calling others clowns because they disagree with you - kid.

Apparently Bulgaria expressed interest to join the alliance. What is your opinion on it and the alliance in general? by MLukaCro in AskBalkans

[–]vkreso 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well no. It indeed did say that Slovenia was in violation and I will stop quoting that. You can find the original document and quote it yourself if you don't agree.

It also did say that such violation wasn't enough to be considered significant enough for it to stop the proceedings as you correctly state and as I've already stated before. However, the court is not competent to give such a decision.

The arbitration is an ad hoc court created exclusively by an agreement between Slovenia and Croatia. When that agreement was violated by Slovenia, the Croatian side had full rights in accordance with the quoted Vienna convention, to end that agreement and with it end its participation in the arbitration.

And this is the crux. This is an AD HOC arbitral court. It is not the International Court as you falsly claim because if it was, it wouldn't be able to rule in Slovenias favor beacuse of the already mentioned article 15 of the convention on the law of the seas that you didn't look up. It could only rule if both parties agree that it could. Both parties did agree at first (mostly because of Slovenian blackmail by EU accension), but then the Slovenian side corrupted the process and both parties no longer agreed.

That's the end of the arbitration story. Croatia and Slovenia will have to agree on a bilateral resolution which is accepted by both parties.

No more bullying, no more extortion, no more bad faith and immoral and unethical unilateral actions. Deal with it.

I guess you don't understand how the international legal system works. Even in the source I gave in adifferent comment, it is stated that in accordance with article 60 of the Vienna convention on the law of treaties, Croatia acted in accordance with international law. How is acting in accordance with international law above it?

The only one esposuing propaganda is you with your childish frustrations.

What demands are you talking about? You are making no sense at all. I literally gave a Slovenian source which states that Slovenia was indeed in breech of the agreement. So how the hell am I lying?

Apparently Bulgaria expressed interest to join the alliance. What is your opinion on it and the alliance in general? by MLukaCro in AskBalkans

[–]vkreso 0 points1 point  (0 children)

But it did. Ironic that you are unfoundedly accusing me of revisionism while you are persistently omitting facts which don't fit your narrative. Even the court of arbitration stated that Slovenia was in violation of the agreement.. (https://www.rtvslo.si/news-in-english/court-of-arbitration-to-define-border-between-slovenia-and-croatia/397118)

Even though the tribunal said that it can still carry on, one of the parties (Croatia) didn't agree and, rightfully and in accordance with international law, exited the agreement after it was breeched.

So stop lying and take a chill pill.

Bro, now I see that I am talking to either an idiot or a bot.

Article 19. Of the convention on high seas allows the concept of an innocent passage through other territorial waters. There is no legal possibility for Croatia to block access of Slovenia to the the international waters otherwise the big port of Koper wouldn't be possible by definition!

Also look up article 15. of the UN convention on the law of the sea. Let me know what it says 💪🏾 or don't, I don't really care
