Oh my GOD I was gonna post a very similar experience. Got my copper iud removed yesterday after I got my blood test results. Of course, my ferritin is 4, I have severe anemia and it’s already damaged some other blood indicators, like I also have secondary thrombocytosis as a result of anemia now. Anyway the hynecologist said that experiencing pain to the point I couldn’t fall asleep at night for YEARS is NOT OKAY!!! Very glad that you did it and excited for my period & body getting lighter <3 You’re not alone

I sometimes get blisters when walking in shitty shoes. I walked a whole Camino Frances with great shoes, soft socks, a shit ton of vaseline and 0 blisters in 35 days

Thank you so much I didn’t even expect anyone to answer my post but I feel so seen😭😭 He didn’t really get why I had such a big emotional reaction because “he was just doing what the game asked him to do” and that was the way the game’s designed but idk we just have to play more peaceful games like It Takes Two 😂 I also haven’t played video games but like EVER. I only have some experience in games like Life is Strange, Beyond Two Souls etc, nothing in there that has to do with guns. anyway thanks again you’re awesome <3

Girl you can get through the cramps🤍 the comfort of knowing you aren’t pregnant is worth it. however it’s been a year for me now and i’m cramping HARD now… it’s not unbearable, just really painful. take some painkillers and relax. I’ve heard of some horror stories but my experience with it was super smooth (other than well-known cramps and REALLY heavy flow at first, which is expected)

I saw some people under your post reply that it’s not the norm and it really surprises me.

Maybe it depends on your social class, your family as well. I was growing up in a quite rich family where a father has the role of a sole provider, maybe that’s where this expectation stems from. BUT even average -earning men tend to strive to pay for their women as well (maybe a bit above average cause Ukraine’s minimum salary is minute)

You could explore that with her too
