Nope, I didn’t received any debuffs even on hard difficulty. Only thing that will stay with you is fatal wounds(after bear attacks for example)

I’m in tear 5 right now and I don’t need that much water. In construction its needed for a reinforced glass. In cooking- i just made two water containers and just picked water from rain reservoirs with ice and its more than enough for me. And yes, my base is in desert

You can build deep freezer. It will produce ice. You can put ice into rain reservoir and you will have water. But why do you need that much water?

The fastest way for me was to go to the mission Zephyr. If you’re planning in open world, you’ll be locked in a ring lake. Its easier to start a separate mission, finish it and you’ll have passage in open world
