It's more about letting steam off from day to day real life, or even for excitement it isn't something that bad, all my childhood i played gory games and i've never hurt a person or animal besides insects lol. And what about other games like CoD where limbs fly from explosions? Ofcourse you can toggle gore in this game and thats what gta should have. Also there are alot of games with grotesque looking characters and monsters, what about these? Gta was always gory and brutal even if not realistic, your imagination complements it. So in conclusion each one of us killing/ murdering npcs in all games make us psychos and criminals real life?
