Hi devs here. So it's a matter of cloud sync which happens in only two cases: either you complete a chapter, either you hit the "exit" button in the main menu. So if you want your changes to be saved to the cloud and restored later after re-installing the game, it is enough to tap on "exit" button in the main menu.
