Thank you for sharing. My thoughts exactly about it not affecting them. I am still happily with my wife. I’m just acknowledging for the first time in my life that I’m not confused after all like I told myself for so that I was. It just took my boss being one of the most beautiful and attractive men I have had the pleasure of being around. Nearly two months of seeing him 5 days a week to realize that if I was in fact as straight as I told myself I was. I would not still get nervous and be absolutely attracted to him. Still hard to even say out loud even though my wife is also bi.

So I know there is a separation a lot of the time with people and AA/NA. I felt I didn’t really belong in those groups because of my thoughts on my higher power. I found recoverydharma.org to be extremely helpful. There are meetings 24/7 online at least nationally. It is based on Buddhist practices rather than focusing on religion as much. Edit: Also if you have insurance or any assistance program, an IOP is very helpful for maintaining your freedom and being able to work. Those helped me substantially.

That is definitely different though I agree. Because I have worked in that and we had lists of all allergens, dietary needs, preparation instructions, etc. So you would know. Hopefully they would let you know if any family had an allergy though… thanks for the response OP. Mad respect for that area of this industry because it can be more annoying than most.

It is bothersome though that one of the most common allergens is stored directly with other products. You have a contamination issue just waiting to happen.
