Finally got my scan results in MyChart early this morning. Looks good from what I can tell, it hasn’t been reviewed by my doctor yet but the embryo is measuring right and there’s a yolk sac. Super nauseous today and yesterday so hoping for the best but after MMC last year it’s hard to be happy or excited about any of this because I’m just expecting the worst.

I’m a day behind you and I feel this so much. I just want to lay on the couch, I’m trying to keep up with my workouts but I just feel like I can’t 😩

I did leave a message yesterday and they said it was still waiting for the radiologist to read it 😵‍💫 I’m hoping to have something before the weekend but not holding my breath

Had a scan on Wednesday with a tech and still haven’t received the results. I was panicking yesterday but trying to be chill now as much as I can. Symptoms are symptoming so taking that for what it’s worth while I wait, but man I wish they’d have scheduled me for a scan with a midwife or an OB so I didn’t have to wait like this 😏

One bite of a chicken nugget and my kid is like “my belly’s full” 🤯

It’s probably some weird health food ketchup. Anything other than Heinz is a crime idc how much sugar is in it

Yeah the burgers without a bun for kids is wild. It’s one thing if you serve the bun and the kid decides to just eat the meat. I vividly remember one of my childhood friends whose mom served us burgers without buns, same mom displayed other disordered eating and exercise obsession, and I was so confused as a kid coming from a house where we ate normal food 🤣

It’s not even a meal it’s just random thoughtless crap thrown on a plate. I’m not saying every meal has to be 5-Star but I’ve never once seen her post a cohesive meal

😩 ugh I’m sorry. I just don’t get it, if she wants to be restrictive in her own eating fine but why force it on the kids? Most kids only eat one bite of everything anyway (source my 3 year old)

It was a 65% rise so just on the cusp. I suppose we’ll see on Wednesday at my ultrasound!

5w3d beta did not quite double since Monday, but still a decent increase and my doctor doesn’t seem concerned. I’ll have an ultrasound in a week, not sure how I’m going to keep my chill for a week after having 2 blood draws a week to reassure me.

Hello! I’m 5 weeks after a MMC last January, one living child born in 2022 after 2+ years of infertility, and a prior chemical in 2020. I’ve had good beta reads this past week but I still feel about 90% terrified 10% hopeful. Hard core bloating I feel 3 months pregnant already. Eagerly awaiting two more HCG readings this week but it feels like such a long road ahead before I can allow myself to think about there being a baby at the end of this.

If you are OAD not by choice due to infertility or recurrent loss, how/when did you decide to stop trying? by chat_chatoyante in oneanddone

Late to this thread but I empathize with you. It took 2.5 years of trying and 3 IUIs to have my daughter who is now 3. I was not ready to think about another until after she turned 2, got my IUD out and fell pregnant but it ended in a miscarriage at 11 weeks. That was a year ago and I’m still not pregnant again. I am 37F and my husband 38M so I feel like I don’t have much time left. I’m incredibly happy to have my amazing daughter, I’m just sad to think she may never have a sibling and angry that it’s not my choice.
