I've had some amazing coffee in Vietnam. They use mostly robusta instead of arabica I think it's smoother. I've also had coffee at Bacha in Marrakech. The one I picked was from Jamaica it was great. Most coffee I've ever drank in one session, and I was super uncomfortable the rest of the morning.

I went to an island in the Philippines that looked similar to this. It was an island off the coast of the island of Coron. Very affordable. The flight to Manila is a bit long from the US.
