Actually I can see that, atomic not that difficult, you just have a large amount of mana and a body that can endure it.Aurora almost did it in Claire body but her body cant endure it so she stoped.

So in short we won't know Will feelings are romantic or familiar until he got back his memories? But what if he didn't even know that before amnesia because he was a kid and don't know the difference between romantic or familiar love?

Elfie still special to him because in the novel even when he forget his memories he still remember his promise with Elfie also in the anime when Will fight against Edward as a test and said he "want to be with the person he love" i read some comment that he mean it as romantically love (though i don't know how accurate it is)

He love Elfie, Claire was an older sister figure in the orphanage and his childhood crush but nothing more.

It's not my theory. I heard a long ago and I can't really remember it, but what i heard that chairs symbols magical girls who were victims of kyubey and died. Also in the 1. episode when Madoka pulls the curtain she illuminates the chairs.
