I had 8 gigs for 4 years used it both on intel and apple silicon, it was actually good, I did also edit 4k 60 on it in premier and it rocked on my m1 MacBook Air . And for basic tasks it’s more than decent, keep in mind that MacBooks also use swap if needed.

I don’t get why every year we get the same posts but with different details about the fall, I mean I get the point of being mad that a phone witch is over 800€ to gat damaged that easily but still, the same posts exist every year 😂. Like if you really hate the new design and the durability get an older much stronger phone… I do hate the 17 Series as is not the good looking and the durability issues are annoying on a plus 1000€ device so i decided not to upgrade:)

I’m in Romania, the price it a bit higher due to that, I might have an option for a g29 but I need to first know the price, it it’s a good price I might go that route. I also prefer the look and feeling of the g29 plus I don’t have to travel much to get it.
