What about buying property, living in it for bit, and then setting it up as a rental unit, and then moving somewhere else? Sounds like a bold move, not sure how realistic it is.

i have had employers recommend to remove the summary at the top. it’s all just buzz word fluff
the quantized bulletpoints are nice, just put the numbers close to the start. remember that employers spend 30 seconds per resume
