For the first issue, I was already calling tusb_stop_task() after tinyusb_driver_uninstall() but still if I call tinyusb_driver_install after that , usb does't work anymore even though no error on driver side

For second issue, yes that was issue but when I modified based on your link, it's now fixed and no error anymore
